We fill our packs with rice which when heated, does not give off any scents like wheat does over time.
Using your Heat Pack:
Simply put your heat pack in the microwave for 90 secs to 2 minutes with a small microwaveable cup filled with water. This will help the rice not to burn while heating.
**Do not overheat your heat pack or leave on for longer than 2 minutes. The rice will become too hot and burn either in the microwave or your body.
The rice should be completely cooled down before reheating the pack again.
We recommend changing your heat pack every 6-12 months.
