Riley and Me Accessories are all handmade products and therefore there are no returns. If your products arrive defective or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible and I will work with you to rectify the issue. Products may be returned ONLY if the products are in their original condition and unused.
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective, ie: missing buttons etc. This is due to the time sourcing fabrics, the costs of shipping of speciality fabrics, the time making each product then shipping it to you.

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the products are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
